Welcome to "Villa Sawasdee" Openning on April 2022. Newly renovated villa and new private pool. The villa is located on the mountain at the periphery of the village of Pirgiotika only 7 kms. from Nafplio town. The villa can accommodate adults up to 8 people+1 baby. There are 3 bedrooms each having 1 king size beds, in addition there are 2 extra folding beds and 1 baby cot. The space This pool villa carries the name of the world famous Thai welcome greeting "SAWASDEE".Few cultures in the world have a better understanding of hospitality and making you feeling welcome.This feeling being the aim of your stay.Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The villa has a modern and functional European interior design in light colours but still respecting the traditional look of Greek houses. The villa has a fully equipped spacious open kitchen, separate dining area and a sitting area with a fireplace – all in one common area. The villa has 3 separate bedrooms all with direct access to a nice terrace around the house. There are two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub and the other one a shower. There is a 120 sqm roof terraces partly shaded (50 sqm) with a stunning view over the village and the mountains in the far view. The roof terrace has a build in BBQ and open kitchen making it ideal for a rooftop dining or just a sundowner while watching the sun setting behind the mountains. In the front of the villa there is a 100 sqm terrace with a nice 2 depth-levels pool. The pool is equipped with underwater illumination for late/midnight swimming. The villa is located at the periphery of the village of Pirgiotika with only 500 meters to the village square. There are 4 restaurants/tavernas located in walking distance 500 – 800 meters from the house. Bedroom 2: with one king size bed, one folding bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: with one king size bed and built-in wardrobe. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms Bathroom 1: with a bathtub and the laundry area and toilet. Bathroom 2: with a shower room and toilet. Roof Terrace: There is a 120 sqm roof terraces partly shaded (50 sqm) with a stunning view over the village and the mountains in the far view. The roof terrace has a build in BBQ and open kitchen and big dining table, making it ideal for a rooftop dining or just a sundowner while watching the sun setting behind the mountains. The villa has provided 6 sunbeds and umbrellas for our guests to enjoy the pool and sun all day long. We also installed the safety gate for kids between the house and pool area. Please keep the gate closed all the time. Outdoor shower: The villa has provide the outdoor shower behind the house with hot and cold water, very convenience for guests to shower after and before swim. Other things to note House Rules: * No noisy parties or events * Please respect the neighbours * Greece Siesta time from 3pm.-5pm. Please keep quiet and respect the neighbours. * No loud music. * No loud noise after 11 pm. * No shoes inside the house please * Smoking allowed only outside the house * No food or drink in bedrooms * No pets allowed * Keep house clean and tidy during your stay please * Do not leave the wet towels on the furniture please * Only registered guests are allowed * Do not use the premises for any illegal activity * Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can * Please clean your dirty dishes before Check-Out. * Keep the doors and windows closed when running the A.C * Turn lights and A.C off when away * No exception to check-in and check-out times unless agreed with the host in advance * The fee for a lost key will be 15€ * Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb Registration Details 00001442288
