Oceanfront Retreat in the Heart of Acadie!

Catch breathtaking views from this quaint little oceanfront gem! Sleeps 6 adults and 2 supervised children in the loft! Enjoy sunrises over the water, crashing waves while you relax in the hot tub, water views to PEI & plenty of birds set against beautiful skies! Nestled between Shediac and Bouctouche, see the best of the Acadian Coast! Enjoy ocean views from this restored traditional fishing home with beaches nearby! Kindly note one room is annexed, no pets or parties please:) The space This charming 760 square foot beach house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with ocean views. The living room has a comfy couch and a TV with Netflix. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and sitting area. Off of the Master is access to an annexed bedroom with another Queen bed and washer and dryer. The third bedroom is just off the living room and also has a Queen bed and small dresser. Upstairs there's a cozy loft with two single beds that would be great for children. The loft is only about 3-4 feet high and accessible by a pull-down ladder. The deck has a BBQ, outside dining table and a new Hot Tub installed in 2022 to make the most of this exceptional experience! Outside there's also a fire pit and a bit of grassy area. The back of the house is flanked by beach boulders with sandy beaches nearby down the road. Over the bridge is water access and a 1 minute drive to the south is a quaint little natural beach. Many more beaches are found in Bouctouche, Cocagne and Shediac, just reach out for more info! Guest access You'll be able to enjoy the entire home, deck, yard, driveway and waterfront:) Water access is public and just a 2 minute walk away over the bridge, or a beach can be found 1 minute drive headed south down the road by the postal boxes:) There are many beautiful beaches in the area in Bouctouche, Cocagne and Shediac, just reach out for more info!:)
