Just 30 minutes from Indiana University in Bloomington and 15 minutes from NSA Crane, it’s surrounded by hiking trails, stocked fishing ponds, and a 155-acre working farm — the perfect setting for both relaxation and outdoor adventure. The walkout first floor opens directly onto the lake and features the master bedroom with a king bed, full private bath, and laundry area. The second floor, which is also ground level, is the heart of the home with an open-concept living area (sofa bed), dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed sunroom. The third-floor loft overlooks the main living area and has two queen beds. A unique spiral staircase connects all three floors, creating a cozy and open feel. For special occasions, an on-site event venue is available for weddings, meetings, reunions, banquets, or outdoor gatherings. Choose from full-service or DIY planning options for an additional rental fee. (Please note: Lake house and event venue rentals are separate.) Guest access Slip on your walking shoes or hop on a bike and explore our paved paths or winding wooded trails — both perfect for soaking in the fresh Indiana air. Beyond the sparkling lake, you’ll find two quiet ponds and gentle freshwater streams. Bring your fishing gear and try your luck (catch-and-release only, please). Live bait can be found at a convenience store about 15 miles away. Fire up the grill on the lake house deck for a sunset cookout, or, if the schedule is clear, unwind on the event center patio next door. Want to take the celebration inside? Event center rooms are available for an additional rental fee. Other things to note PARKING: Free parking is available next door in the event center lot, just a short walk away. You may also park one vehicle right next to the lake house for easy access. PETS: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! This is a pet-friendly property with a $100 pet fee per stay.
