There are NO hills or steps to get from your car (parking is directly below-The elevator is right there (Only 2 condos on our entire floor!) and once up, the door is immediately to the left. Kitchen has everything you need and with PURIFIED water. NEW 65" 4k TV W/ROKU above the cozy gas fireplace in the living room (with large couch to enjoy relaxing/watching movies). Completely gated and with 24 hour security guards on the grounds. Lush grassy areas to stroll along the coastline, areas to sit and relax or barbecue while taking in the beauty. Pool area with kiddie pool and jacuzzi overlooks the cliff-Spectacular viewing areas! (NOTE: Guests only have access to the SOUTH EAST POOL AREA. The north west pool is for owners or long-term renters only.) K-38 is famous- One of the BEST surfing spots in all of Baja with LONG, rolling waves for some of the longest rides you'll experience. Best of all, it is PRIVATE as surfers only have direct access if they are staying at Club Marena (or paddle far around from the south.) Guest access Once at Club Arena you will check in with the guard at the gate. He will check over the guest reservation list with your hard copy you must bring. Upon entering you will go down just a bit to turn left near the building to space LB 701 and LB 702 on the left. There are 2 designated covered parking spaces which are almost directly below the condo and elevator. Entry is level & easy. Once to the 7th floor, units are directly to the left of the elevator. The lock boxes are to the right of the doors. We will get you the code upon arrival. You probably won't want to leave the complex as it is so fun, relaxing and beautiful. But if you do, there is PLENTY to do nearby! 1) Valle de Guadalupe wine tasting & dining 2) Puerto Nuevo (the BEST seafood!) 3) Horseback riding 4) Mountain and motorcycle riding in the mountains 5) Great nearby dining and clubs. 6) Beaches 7) Zip-lines, go-karts, scooter rentals 8) Journey to nearby Ensenada and La Bufadora 9) Fox Studios -Where they filmed Titanic, Master & Commander and many others!- In fact, many of the celebrities stayed right at Club Marena while filming and stars still visit all the time. 10) Town of Rosarito is close and has EVERYTHING (Including Costco, Walmart, etc, great restaurants, shopping, street tacos, Dairy Queen, & entertainment. Other things to note ***MAXIMUM # OF GUESTS*** UP TO 7 ALLOWED AS LONG AS THERE ARE ONLY UP TO 5 ADULTS. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 5 ADULTS, THE CHILDREN MUST BE 9 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER. *All guests must fill out a form listing all the names of adults and kids (and also the age of the kids. There is a basic 4 page agreement form from Club Marena we will send before arrival. This must be filled out (very little writing!) and emailed back to us before arrival. Then you need to print a hard copy to give to the guard at the gate upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS to the above because this is what Club Marena allows and requires. PLEASE NOTE: CLUB MARENA is not a loud, drinking party place! It is an elegant gated community, perfect for families, romantic getaways, & surfers. Guests are expected to comply with all of the Club Marena conduct/policies. There is a guest list and agreement that must be signed. Max # of guests IN EACH UNIT is 5 adults PLUS 2 kids 10 and under. ***NOTE: There is a $35 charge per person/per night after 4 persons.) ***EARLY/LATE CHECKOUT OPTION: In some cases we allow check in as early as 10:00 am and checkout as late as 3:00 pm for an additional amount. Please inquire if interested and timing is available. NOTE: If no prior arrangement is made, we have an option to charge guest $50 per hour and proportionally afterward.
