This room is dedicated to the romance of Emmett Kelly and Eva Moore, who performed their own double trapeze act with the Ringling Brothers circus from 1920-1956. This room features a queen size bed, large windows, and bath with a jetted tub. This room has an adjoining door to the Ella and Fred Room, and the Henry & Ida Room. This unique Colonial Revival home was built in 1901 by Charles Ringling, one of the founders of the Ringling Brothers Circus. It has remained in the Ringling family for over 100 years until now, you can experience it's grandeur! Guests have access to a microwave & refrigerator on the second floor, dining room, parlor, music room, library, large front porch and large side yard with picnic table, smokey joe grill, and firepit. Breakfast and Social Hour. Full gourmet breakfast is included. Breakfast is usually served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. but a to-go bag may be arranged for early departure. Wine and cheese are served Friday and Saturday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. We can accommodate any dietary requests or restrictions at time of reservation. Home to both Charles & Henry Ringling of Circus fame, learn about the history of the Ringling’s in Baraboo. Walk the surrounding safe neighborhood to find numerous well maintained large old victorian houses. We are walking distance to Baraboo Circus related buildings, including Circus World museum, Al Ringling Mansion & Brewery, Al Ringling Theater, and the International Clown Museum. We are within walking distance to downtown Baraboo restaurants, antique & gift shops, zoo, less than 1 mile walk or bike to Circus World Museum and a 3.5 walk or bike to Devils Lake State Park. We have a cat, so if you are severely allergic, this may not be the best place for you! However, our cat is typically kept in our private area in the house, and is not allowed in the bedrooms. So, if your allergy is slight, you may be able to tolerate the pet dander.
