Private Waterfront Treetop Suite, Rooftop Patio

This spacious suite is overlooking the waters of Lake Hillsmere and a private wildlife sanctuary. The private rooftop patio area is great for observing wildlife and dining outdoors. This location is 3 miles from downtown Annapolis and .5 miles from Quiet Waters Park. Parking is located in front of the garage door and there is a self check in lockbox . You must be able to climb 2 flights of exterior stairs to access this suite. The space This space has a queen bed, table with 4 chairs, a couch and coffee table, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, 6 draw dresser, small closet, Roku TV with an Xfinity app., strong wifi with a separate router. The newly remodeled bathroom has a tiled shower stall, wall heater, and sink. There is a mini-split AC unit that provides excellent cooling and heating for this space. The outdoor roof garden has a picnic table, a wall-mounted fan, and a small bar. Guest access Quest are only allowed to use the suite. The beach, tiki bar, and hot tub are off-limits. Guest may walk out on the pier but no swimming is allowed, the bottom is mucky. Kayaks and paddleboards are welcome and can easily be launched from our pier at your own risk. It's a short paddle to Harness Creek. The steps on the side of the house are how you access the suite and the parking space is in front of the house 40' from the steps. This area is well-lit with dusk till dawn lights. There is an octagon cupola on the roof of the house that should not be accessed by guests. This contains AC power and cooling lines. Other things to note We have a small Dachshund that may bark a little at times but he settles down quickly. We do not allow any pets, no smoking, and only 2 quests. The shower is plenty hot and has great pressure but we do ask that you conserve water we have a well that has been rejuvenated but is getting old. Thank you Registration details 000429
