You'll have complete privacy on the 2nd floor with a bedroom with a double bed, a large private bathroom and a den. A single bed in the den allows for a third guest. Two friendly cats live on the premises so this may not be a good fit for people with allergies. Pets are allowed with prior notice and a security deposit may be required. Please note the accommodations are not a separate apartment. The space You will have complete privacy on the second floor. The accommodations include a good-sized bedroom (double bed with good mattress), a large private bathroom with tub and shower and a den with coffee/tea bar.. There is a single bed in the den that can accommodate another guest and ample closet and bureau space if you'd like to unpack during your stay. Guests also have access to the deck, garden, Wi-Fi, W/D, and kitchen privileges. Guest access Guests may have use of the kitchen and dining room as well as the deck, washer and dryer. There is a coffee/tea bar and mini fridge in your den. During your stay I know the area well and will be happy to provide information and recommendations about local activities, events and dining. Maps and guidebooks are available. Other things to note Great central base for traveling up and down the coast; easy access north to Acadia, south to Portland and east to lake district.
