You can enjoy an idyllic setting at 100m from the beach and a magnificent view of the beach of the Cove pond, with family or friends. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and gives direct access to the "dull" which separates the tartane village and the Anse l'étang. Ballads, surfing, snorkeling and idleness! The kitchen, living room and terrace are fully open and make these three rooms a single large living space! There are two bedrooms with sea view, all with 140 new beds and a Sofa bed in 140 in one of them.A bathroom and toilet, independent. The master suite is equipped with a double bed 160 and a bathroom with walk-in overlooks the garden. There is a separate toilet and wash hand. The terrace is composed of a large sofa with coffee table, a table for meals under a large carbet. Adjacent to this terrace the pool allows you to refresh between sessions beach which is 1 minute walk! Of course we provide sheets and towels. For your Landry , a washing machine is at your disposal. You will have on the spot a person who will be in charge of the garden and the swimming pool. Guest access The access is very simple, you have the possibility of parking your vehicle in front of the house. I give all the detailed directions to arrive directly without wasting time looking ... you must always start the holiday relaxed! To go home: From the airport, follow signs for Le Robert / La Trinité. The Tartane exit is just before reaching Trinidad, after the roundabout on the right (Presqu'ile de la caravelle / Tartane). Once in Tartane, follow the main road to the end, take the 2nd left (direction Cocoa Beach Café), you enter the Anse pond. Take the first left "rue du petit morne", then left again and finally you go back on your right, it's the last house at the end of the street! Other things to note The house is perfect for surf lovers, we are located right in front of the wave of "Cocoa", and 5 minutes drive from the surfers beach !!! And for hikers, the walk around the caravel is 5 minutes by car and many more! The peninsula of the caravel allows quick access to hiking north of the island and also enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the island ... a compromise that promises a perfect holiday!
