Beautiful beach house with amazing views!

Nice to meet you in my beautiful oceanfront house overlooking 3 countries: 🇪🇦🇬🇧🇲🇦! Original and modern, it will not leave you indifferent. Family beach, no stones, shallow, usually clean and quiet. The rooftop/chillout is spectacular, along with the sturdy wooden porch and garden. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 extra single bed as well. The living room is spacious and the sofa is convertible into a bed. Everything is practically brand new. It has its own motorized garage. The space It is a totally independent house facing the beach, on a plot of approximately 500m2. It has a porch in noble woods, a garden with artificial grass on one side and white pebbles on the other. It is accessed directly by car through a motorized sliding garage door or with a pedestrian door. At the top of the house we have built an incredible rooftop chillout, with the best views of the entire bay of Algeciras/Gibraltar. Guest access A 3-minute walk from the supermarket, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, cafes, church, taxi and bus stops and everything you may need. Also nearby is a park with basketball hoops, skate track, etc... Other things to note The beach is very quiet and has no waves or much depth. The water is usually crystal clear. It is ideal for children or people with reduced mobility. From La Línea de la Concepción (Gibraltar border) to the house in Puente Mayorga it is very easy to get there. There are 3 options: Taxi: 5km -6/8€ approx Bus: M-130 -1/3€ approx Walking: 4.5km - 53 min approx It has a Securitas alarm.
