It is a beautiful, spacious modern home built in classic style. The house is located in the heart of National Park "Utrechtste Heuvelrug". This is a great base for hiking or mountain biking in the woods. Visiting the surrounding villages, or exploring the surrounding estates and castles. The house is located between the villages of Driebergen (1 km) and Doorn (3 km). This house is very suitable for children! Bicycles and mountain bikes are available for guests in consultation. The space The house consists of 3 floors. Ground floor: You enter the hallway where there is access to the stairs, toilet and open kitchen. The open kitchen is connected to the living room and the garden by glass sliding doors. In the living room, there is a large cozy wood stove that guests can use as much as they want if they wish. There is plenty of dry wood available. Of course, there is also a modern central heating system with underfloor heating in the house. The Garden: The backyard has a large dining table and a canopy with roof terrace. In the front yard, a large trampoline is dug in, and on the driveway is a large playground for adults and children. First floor: Here you will find the largest bedroom, children's room (baby and toddler bed), office, bathroom, and separate toilet. Second Floor: Here is another large room with double bed, the second children's room (toddler bed) and a separate bathroom. Guest access Guests can access all areas except the garage. Other things to note The driveway is in use by the work bus of the company of the owner of the house. It is picked up around 8:00 a.m. during the week and returned between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The guests do not have to worry about this, except that the driveway must remain clear. Parking is available in the large parking lot directly across the street.
