The unit has a new full kitchen with cabinets, modern quartz counter-tops, a full size refrigerator and cooktop stove, dishwasher and outdoor grill. (City of Palm Desert regulatons for short-term rental do not allow built-in cooktop or oven) 70" high-def TV with YouTubeTV and high-speed internet. A washer & dryer are available for long-term guests Pool & Spa just steps from the front door. *Note: During major music festivals, the pool is available to all on-site guests. ***THE POOL WILL ONLY BE HEATED WHEN AIR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 80 DEGREES AND WILL BE HEATED TO 80 DEGREES FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. IT IS NOT NECESSRY TO HEAT THE POOL DURING THE HOT SEASON FROM MAY 1 - SEPT 30. AT YOUR REQUEST, THE HOT TUB IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, HEATED TO 90 DEGREES (KIDS TEMPERATURE) OR 100 DEGREES (ADULT TEMPERATURE). The large master suite a high quality king bed and the second bedroom has a two full beds. Additional sleep options for kids are an air mattress, a large comfortable couch along with a second couch in the MBR for the little one. Spa is heated when requested by guest. We have two LOVEABLE four legged furry family members.
