Detached villa at holiday park in South France

Vacation park Chateau Cazalères is a Dutch-speaking vacation park in the Midi-Pyrenees. The park has 2 swimming pools and a separate enclosed children's pool, a pool bar, tennis courts, playground for the little ones, miniature golf and petanque courts. Our vacation home #52 is a spacious, detached, child-friendly, vacation home suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. Due to the detached location, you have a lot of privacy, but you are still within walking distance of all the facilities for a successful vacation. The space Our vacation home is suitable for 6 people and is located directly on the green "horseshoe", a large lawn where children have plenty of space to play, you can easily supervise, but where you nevertheless have a lot of privacy. Entrance through the hall with access to the living room, bathroom and toilet, utility room with washing machine and living room. In the hall is also the staircase to the floor where you will find two bedrooms. The living room has a sitting area with 2 sofas, of course there is a TV with a collection of Dutch TV channels. For the chilly summer evening or cold winter, there is pleasant heating by means of underfloor heating. The terrace is accessible through the sliding doors. On the terrace, there is a dining table with 6 simple chairs. In the kitchen there is a dining table with chairs where you can eat. There is a high chair available. The open kitchen has a kitchen design with various kitchen appliances, gas hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo machine, filter coffee machine and a spacious counter top with workspace. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double sink and storage space, bathtub, a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together. On the first floor are two bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are fans, no air conditioning. There is a camping bed with matching mattress (no linen for the camping bed). In the garden, there is a lawn that borders the lawn of the "horseshoe". At the sliding door to the terrace, you will find a simple garden set with a parasol. Guest access Our vacation home has a parking space for 1 car. Other things to note The holiday park is mainly occupied by Dutch families, and in the high season in summer there is a small (Dutch) animation team that organizes fun activities for the children.
