Vita-mix, Champ Juicer, Kitchen Aid Food Processor and Mixer with attachments. Enjoy the peaceful back yards. Swing sweetly in the perfectly tuned hammock(s) while listening to the babbling creek and birds. Dream well on the firm, full size mattress with luxurious organic cotton sheets and deliciously comfy down pillows. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the well-appointed kitchen. Gas range, high-end cast iron, Straub, stainless and non-stick cookware. Appliances include a Vitamix, Champion Juicer, Kitchen Aid Food Processor and Mixer with all the attachments you could imagine. Instapot of course. Filtered water from the sink and refrigerator. Ample space for food storage. In cooler weather, enjoy games and conversation around the fireplace. In summer, take in the peace and quiet of the backyard decks on the creek or nap in the hammock. Feel free to use the grill for outdoor cooking. The Ridgeline Trail System is right out the back door. Bus line is 1/2 block away with direct access to U of O and downtown. Downtown and campus are a quick 10 minute drive. During your stay My goal is for you to have an enjoyable, memorable stay at the Linger Longer! If you want to socialize, great! I enjoy sharing conversation, meals, and even game-nights with my guests. If you prefer to not socialize, that's fine too. I'll take my cue from you. Other things to note I share my home with an 11 year old Golden Doodle named Francis. He's well behaved, friendly, clean, free of fleas and ticks; and doesn't shed. He may ask to play with you and will respect your boundaries if you decline. I have another listing in the home - a room down the hall. This room may be occupied during your stay with like-minded wonderful people like you. If so, the upstairs bathroom will be shared. There's a guest bathroom downstairs for your use if needed. I offer the use of the laundry room, with washer, dryer, laundry detergent. I ask you please not burn sage, incense or scented candles in the room or elsewhere in the home.
