The space You enter under a porch and discover the cottage, which is flowered in spring and summer. You enter by directly accessing a large bright room divided on the right into an equipped kitchen with dining or cooking area, on the left a reading area near the bay window and then a dining area. In the extension of the kitchen is a door giving access to a second toilet and sink area. The living room awaits you with a large screen TV, a DVD player with some nice movies, books and board games. A door gives access to the cellar where the reserve and small appliances and vacuum cleaner plus the washing machine are located. Finally, the bedroom has a king size bed, large built-in closet and beautiful bathroom, possibility of using a baby crib on request. A wooden terrace and private area with outdoor seating is located on the bedroom side. A plus to enjoy the outdoors in the city center.
