Set beside a monumental rock face, and sheltered from the sea wind it also benefits from enough natural moving air in the hot summer months. Wether it’s the sound of birds or an almost deafening pitch of cicadas in the heat, nature calms. What you will love about the place is that everyone can go for a swim independently. Early is the best time when the beach is quiet, and in the evenings it has a different feel when most have departed home. The easy accessibility is freeing. No planning or having to work as a group, or going in convoy, making for a relaxed holiday. The four simple bedrooms are ideal for two families of four, couples or friends. The open plan kitchen and living room is simply stylish and uncomplicated. Two dishwashers make el fresco home dining easy. Doors lead out to the patio in one direction and the kitchen garden on the opposite side. There is a small ‘office’ at the top should anyone need to focus on a bit of work. There is space for three cars, very handy on a beach popular day. There are various areas to snatch some quiet time. The kitchen is well equipped for enthusiastic cooks and is equipped with two dish washers. Outside is a Weber gas BBQ. Also on this level you'll find a separate laundry under the stairs. All appliances are Miele. The bedroom level consists of four bedrooms, two with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. Every bedroom has a door onto a terrace. On the top level there is a small ‘quiet’ room with a sofa, and leads directly onto a roof terrace with beautiful views of trees and a vignette of the sea. We have ceiling fans in all the rooms, and with the doors open, full advantage is taken of the natural flow. All the doors have mosquito nets. There is a hot and cold outside shower. There is a tap at the gate for rinsing sandy feet. In summer, from May to end October, it's fantastic sitting in one of the several spots outside to either read, soak up the sun or enjoy el fresco dining. One couldn't be more relaxed. There are several places to find privacy even though the open plan design provides easy social engagement. One finds that there is no need to go anywhere. There are various games at the house, ideal for children. Guest access After parking in the driveway, it is an easy walk up the curving staircase to the level of the house. There are three levels inside. An open plan living area, a bedroom level with four bedrooms and a second bath room with a shower, and at the top there is a small room with could be used as an office with a sofa, and this leads to another terrace. All bedrooms have doors onto a terrace. Other things to note Like most properties in Mallorca, there are areas where small children must be attended to so that they don’t fall. Please take care of children on the balconies and discourage them from climbing the balustrades.
