Linton Lodge with breakfast

Linton Lodge is an annexe set back behind locked gates making it secure for children and pets. Breakfast comes as part of the package: items are left for you to cook/prepare at your leisure. This also includes; cereals, bread, preserves, and a selection of hot drinks. The private courtyard garden has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside. There are books, games, SKY tv., Netflix and Disney+. We are a short walk from amenities, the market place and Waitrose. The space A self contained annexe, includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A large living/dining area looks out onto the courtyard garden. There are three couches, one being the sofa bed and one that can be used as a single. This is best suited for family/close friends. The main bedroom is located on the mezzazine with skylight windows and a gallery bannister, which overlooks the living area. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds on request. The shower room and toilet is also located on the mezzanine. There is underfloor heating downstairs. Guest access Through locked gates you will have your own entrance to the property. You have sole use of the courtyard garden. Other things to note There is no charge for cleaning or pets staying (a maximum of 2 pets). I have a friendly cat who will be around the property. There is no washer/dryer in the lodge but on request I can do laundry at a charge of £5 per load. Alternatively, there is a heated rack if you wish to hand-wash. The market place is a few minutes walk which has pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities, with Waitrose a short walk away. A weekly market every Thursday and a Farmers' Market the second Saturday of every month. Riverside walks and a country park are all nearby. A short drive will take you to many surrounding historic villages.
