The House is furnished to a high luxurious standard with antiques, decorative paintings and works of art. There are 5 characterful bedrooms, sleeping 10 people max. ( 1 Superking with ensuite doubleJacuzzi; 3 Double bedrooms and 1 Twin room.) . 3 bathrooms, 4 spacious reception rooms; 2 lounges with woodburner stoves, dining room and study. This elegant Georgian property is everything you could ask for that perfect holiday. Big enough to sleep 10 people in five lovely spacious bedrooms. The Meeting House is aptly named because the house is very sociable. Well Behaved Dogs are accepted at £ 10 pounds per dog with prior arrangement . Max of 2 dogs - house trained dogs only. As you enter the property, the oak panelled hallway leads through to an open lounge area with stunning original oak beams, original inglenook granite fireplace with wood burning stove and comfy leather & plush velvet arm chairs and sofa. The large country kitchen is fully equipped with Denby Juice crockery. It has a French Godin range (comprises hot plate warmer, electric oven, gas oven and gas hob). and Double Neff oven; an American ice dispensing Fridge freezer, the kitchen also features a double Belfast sink and a vintage pine larder cupboard which stores a collection of colourful Denby Juice crockery. A variety of stainless steel saucepans and cooking utensils provided . A secondary staircase leads you to the spacious 400sqft entertainments/games room with wood burner that has a lofted ceiling, a 65" smart HD TV, with three large squidgy leather sofas. The Jacobean panelled dining room is a beautifully furnished room ready for a banquet. On the first floor is bedroom 1, the Master Super king bedroom, a light and airy 400sq ft room featuring a vaulted beamed ceiling and a unique glass floor that can be covered by a rug for privacy. The bedroom is linked via a dressing room to a large bathroom with a Double Jacuzzi Spa Bath and separate power shower. Also on the first floor is bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 . The two separate bedrooms can be linked via a 3 panelled oak door to form a family bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a double brass Bed knobs and broomsticks Victorian bed and has the benefit of a 44" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 are linked with an oak panel door and can create one large family bedroom. Both bedrooms have an adjacent family bathroom. On the second floor are two further double bedrooms: Bedrooms four and 5. Bedroom 4 is 350 sq ft with armchairs and a 44" smart HD TV with Sleigh double bed. Bedroom 5 is a cozy double bed with en suite and is accessible via bedroom 4. All bedding is Egyptian cotton 300/400 thread count. Towels and hairdryers provided . Guest access Parking is available (3mins) at Market Close car park with prior arrangement. Details of vehicle registration must be given 24 hours prior to arrival. There is limited free parking outside the property and free street parking further along North Street. There is also a long/short stay (pay and display) car park 100 yards away charged at £4.00 for 24hours. Bikes and surfboards can be kept in the courtyard, access available from adjacent driveway. Check in is after 4.00 pm. and Adrian & Jenna can be available to meet you by prior arrangement. Check out by 10.00 am. on departure day. Other things to note At Ashburtons Luxury Lets there are two other properties close by. Noise in the courtyard after 10pm will disturb other guests staying nearby. We would ask visitors to be respectful to them.
