Sleep under the mighty Storehesten with fjord views!!

There are many hiking opportunities; Storehesten, Lisjehesten, Dagsturhytta Skaraly, hunting opportunities, swimming in the fjord or in mountain lakes. Enjoy the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere of the Birdbox. Cozy, close to nature and peaceful. Lay down and sleep right beside nature and the amazing surroundings. Let the impressions flow and the calm descend. The space The bird box contains a large double bed of 200 cm that goes from wall to wall. Under the bed there is a large storage with various kitchen utensils, minibar and otherwise space for your luggage. There are cutlery, cups, dishes, primus to make coffee/tea. Water cans for cooking and drinking, card games, Yatzy, wool blankets and wool skins. Two chairs and tables are available inside. Fugleboksen is located in Bygstad in Sunnfjord Municipality. The small airport in Førde, Bringeland, is only 10 min away from Bygstad for easy travelling. From Førde 30 min to Bygstad city center, then 10 min drive to the parking lot at Stølshaugane. Follow the signs to Storehesten and Rytnevegen (toll road Nkr 60). In Bygstad city center there is a grocery store, Spar. (Opening hours: Monday-Friday 9 am - 8 pm and Saturday 9 am - 6 pm) It is closed on Sundays. Then you have to shop in Førde (30 minutes away). Guest access You will have access to a fantastic patio out in nature, completely for yourselves, with the birdbox cabin and the toilet house that contains a toilet (no shower). Quiet, peaceful and completely unique. Other things to note Food: Possibility of catering from Mitt Lille Kjøkken in Bygstad. On the way to Birdbox Storehesten you pass the delivery point for Mitt Lille Kjøkken.
