Villa Aloe Ibiza is an spacious contemporary styled villa close to Ibiza town and Playa d'enBossa with beautiful mountain and distant sea views. Villa Aloe Ibiza serves as a perfect base for families or groups of friends who enjoy being private and spend a lot of time at their home away from home, but at the same time like to be in convenient location close to Ibiza town and the beaches in the southern and western part of Ibiza island. Taking the name from the many Aloe vera plants in the garden, is located in the upscale and peaceful residential area of Sa Carroca (which means The Carriage in Catalan) at just two kilometers away from Ibiza town centre and one kilometer away from Playa d'en Bossa beach. At walking distance you have several bars and restaurants, grocery shops and a full size supermarket. The house itself distributes on 350 m2 and offers a huge open plan living and dining area connecting with the modern, separate kitchen. On the same floor you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms II (one en-suite) as well as a courtesy WC.
