Private guest suite with separate entrance. Sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom w/queen bed, private bath, plus twin sofa bed in sitting room. Great alternative to hotel for business trip or visiting the area. Conveniently located in southwest suburbs of Chicago, 40 minutes from downtown by car (non rush hour) or Metra lines a few miles from the house. Set near a golf course and forest preserve, nearby to multiple restaurant and shopping districts less than 10 minutes away. The space Furnished with decor, antique furniture and memorabilia from our families history in southern Ohio. There is a small refrigerator and small microwave in the unit but no cooking allowed. Access to the suite via a keypad on exterior door through a single car garage. Guest access Guests have private access to the complete 2 room guest suite which includes the kitchenette and full bath. Other things to note Guest suite updates: We had new carpet installed in January 2026. In 2024 we installed a new, whole house A/C & furnace, along with an Ecobee thermostat which has thermostat sensors. There are 2 sensors mounted in the suite, 1 above the door in the sitting room and 1 above the closet door in the bedroom. These sensors only monitor the temperature so that the heating & cooling can be kept as comfortable as possible in the suite. Feel free to let us know if we need to make it warmer or cooler for you.
