The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house, and offers you a completely separate living space of about 75 m². The newly furnished domicile offers a spacious living and dining area, with optimal amenities. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth for cozy evenings. The bathroom convinces with enough storage space for your utensils and is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There is also a separate toilet at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with a French double bed, a wardrobe, as well as a TV and shines again with a beautiful view of our mountains. In the living area there is a large sofa bed, which thus provides another sleeping option for you and another TV. The kitchen offers you everything you need to conjure up something delicious yourself if desired. TWO generously furnished terraces (an outdoor parlor), which are accessible directly from the living area, offer you the opportunity to enjoy the almost all-day sunshine and the magnificent views. Guest access Directly on the property is a partly covered parking space for a car, which can be used by you. Surrounding grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. A playground for children as well as a soccer field are within walking distance. In the winter months, a fantastic cross-country trail is available free of charge right at your doorstep. The wonderful bike paths in the region can also be reached easily and without any hassle.
