Escape to the countryside at Tweedside. This property, 15 min from Hamilton, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to have fun, relax or get creative. Our renovated loft is wonderful. Wake up to the sunshine. Have a swim in our pool. Enjoy the landscape. Bring your pets. Let us know what kind; we also have pets. You’ll have access to instruments/karaoke (ask us), TV, kitchen, bathroom & private pool! The recording studio/ equipment will be locked (unless discussed). The space Our pool and property can host up to 10 people however the loft only sleeps 2-4 people. It has 1 queen bed (with linens) and an air mattress (bring your own linens for this) if requested. 2 people are included in the nightly stay. Having more than 2 people? Cost is $25 per additional person. Our awesome space!!! - 1300 sq of studio space set up - Fully renovated in 2018 - Updated gorgeous bathroom - Full kitchen - Bask in the exquisite country views - Situated on a 15-acre farm (our dog and cats are friendly) - Country living but minutes from the city - Tv with cable and Netflix - Cozy queen-sized bed with linens - Comfortable couch - Queen air mattress available if requested (bring linens for this) - Fantastic private pool (don’t forget your towels!) *About the pool & privacy* We have a wonderful and clean pool. Please note that although it is fenced in, part of the fence is a chainlink fence so the pool is visible to people driving by. The pool is not shared by others. When you are using it, no one else will be. We live on the property in the house. The area you will be sleeping in (the loft) is completely separate with its own keys. Guest access - The private loft will be all yours (locked access) - Great pool (non-heated but still fab) - Walkthrough the magnificent country fields (sunflowers coming soon) - Firepit with firewood - A golf cart can be used around the property (please ask) Other things to note - We also host and plan events. Contact us to create an event your guests will love. Typical costs are $25 per person after 2 people. - We have a small dog and 2 cats and although we love all cats and dogs, only dogs Are welcome at this time. Please let us know what kind of dog you have. - Having more than 2 guests? Each additional guest is subject to $25/ each regardless if the people are sleeping over or not (infants 4 and under not subject to additional fees) - An adult must be present at pool when kids aged 17 and under are swimming - No glass bottles on site. Absolutely no glassware in the pool area.
