The perfect city getaway, our Anilao private villas boast its prime beachfront location, fronting Balayan Bay and many of Anilao’s most renowned dive spots. Staying in our villas is private and relaxing. Next door to a number of Anilao’s most established resorts, such as Solitude Acacia and Casa Escondida. 2 kayaks and 4 snorkels available for free. Our villas have smart TVs equipped with Netflix. Our wifi speed is around 80 mbps. PLEASE READ ALL DESCRIPTION BELOW to manage expections! The space A FRIENDLY REMINDER: We are a private villa and we are not a hotel/resort. Guests need to walk about 3 minutes from parking area to the villas and you will be passing 2 residential houses as that is our ONLY right of way. Our complex is spacious enough to host up to 16 guests including children. Infants can share beds with parents. Please do not invite additional guests beyond what we have agreed upon. We don't have a restaurant so food need to be ordered from our neighboring resorts/restaurants. We also do have a small kitchen with 2 burner stoves for light cooking ( no deep frying please). A cook can be hired so she can take care of your meals during your stay. Payment will be paid directly to her. We also have a gas BBQ griller should you want to grill steak or fresh seafood. This complex is about 900 sqm and consist of 3 villas complex, a pool with jacuzzi. We have direct access to the beach. Villa 1 - comfortably fits 5 pax with 2 queen beds and 1 daybed. Villa 2 - fits 4 pax with 1 queen bed and a daybed with a pullout. Villa 3 - 2-bedroom villa that fits up to 7 persons. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a single daybed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with a pullout. All rooms have its own bathroom and all rooms have split type AC Children need to be supervised here at all times, especially going up the spiral stairs to the roof deck and by the beach and pool/jacuzzi area. Guest access We have free parking that can fit 3-4 cars. To reach the parking lot, you need to drive down a steep tight road (about 30seconds down). If your car is too big (such as a huge van/ expedition) please do take extra caution as the road is tight. We always bring our Toyota Grandia and we have no problem going in and out. SUVs ( such as Montero ) and sedans wont have a problem going down, although please still take caution. After parking, GUESTS NEED TO WALK TO THE VILLA only 2-3 minutes walk. There is a portion of the walk that is inclined from my place going back to the parking lot. It is about 30 meters incline. My caretaker will carry all your belongings so you don't have to. Please do not book if this will be a challenge for you or anyone in your group! During this short walk, you will pass 2 small houses ( local residences) before reaching the entrance of the property. This is our only right of way and unfortunately this right of way is not mine. THIS IS BEYOND MY CONTROL AS SOMETIMES THE WAY BEFORE ENTERING IS NOT AS CLEAN OR SOMETIMES WHEN IT HAS BEEN RAINING HARD IT CAN BE A BIT MUDDY. AGAIN THIS IS BEYOND MY CONTROL SO PLEASE DO NOT RATE ME LOW BECAUSE OF THIS. IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THE SITUATION / CONDITION OF THIS, PLEASE ASK ME FIRST TO MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS! Unfortunately, we don't have wheelchair access. Other things to note This property is part of a bigger complex so there might still be on going construction at the back with minimal noise from Monday to Saturday. However, we believe, this is a minor setback to a very relaxing lifestyle once you are inside our property. Should you find the noise to be bothersome, please just inform the caretaker so he can inform the contractor to tame it down. Feel free to clarify this should you want more information on this. Since there is a small kitchen, simple cooking can be done inside or on our outdoor gas griller. I have a pan, a work and spatula only. NO DEEP FRYING PLEASE as we don't have a way to throw away the oil. Food can be ordered from neighboring resorts . Our staff will pick up the food for you once you have ordered. Payment can be done online NO EATING ON THE BEDS PLEASE! We use high quality linens and it is costing us money and time to take out food stains from the beddings. Thank you.
