Cozy MCM A-Frame Cabin

Escape from the city heat and cool off in this cute MCM cabin. Fast WiFi, printer and desk. Tired of working from home, come enjoy the beautiful weather and fresh air up in the White Mountains. Perfect cabin for getaways during winter and summer days. *Please note our home is conveniently located right off highway 260 in a community of trailers and little cabins. You will hear some traffic noise. Please do not rent if this will be a problem for you. The space This little a-Frame is packed with style and comfort with its high ceilings, comfy loft, wood burning fire place and even a gated yard for the kiddos and pups! Enjoy a cookout on the deck and take in the fresh air. Fool Hollow lake is walking distance. (There is a fee at the gate to get in walking or in car. Please refer to their website for pricing details) Pet Owners: • Please pick up after your pet. There will be a $20 charge if dog feces is left on property. (Pet bags are in drawer closest to the sink.) • Pup fee is $25 up to 3 dogs. • No pets on furniture or beds. • Do not leave barking dogs outside. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Guest access Entire House Other things to note Emergency: Extinguisher is under the kitchen sink and in separate shed. Emergency ladder is behind left bed upstairs. First aid kit is in the linen closet by the bathroom. AC/Heaters: Upstairs has a mini split with AC/heat. Turn on with remote ( remote programed in Celsius keep at 25-22). We have another mini split on main floor with AC/ heater. Remote for mini split is by central heater control (keep at 25-22) Heater in bathroom wall runs great! There are extra plugin heater in master closet. Fireplace can be used only when it is not a no burn day.
