A warm house on the lake for up to 7 people
Description
Create unforgettable memories in this unique accommodation, ideal for family stays and gatherings in all seasons of the year. The spacious and comfortable wooden house is surrounded by extensive, lovingly cared for gardens. The land extends to the stone coast of Lake Nahuel Huapi through native forest. A children's play area opens up to other moments of enjoyment. It is located in an area where it is easy to access trails and beaches of various characteristics. The space The house, in the Patagonian mountain cabin style, has a large integrated living room-dining room-kitchen in its center. Five other rooms for sleeping, living, or working are distributed in two wings that can be adapted to guests' needs. All these environments have a direct view of the lake. The wooden floor provides warmth and comfort. It has three internal bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower, another with a shower, and a toilet) and an external one. A large wooden terrace and various areas on the property offer alternatives to enjoy the outdoors. It is possible to go down to the lake from the garden using a rustic ladder. The house is located about 20 km from the city center, in an area dominated by the lake, forests and gardens. Fiber optics was recently installed. We are pleased to announce that it is a lovely space to combine work and rest. Public transportation is very accessible from the house. Other uses The house's versatile layout and its location on an extensive plot of land where manicured areas coexist with wild areas offer a special place for events, gatherings, and retreats. It is a space that invites you to connect with nature in all its splendor and to experience the well-being and tranquility that in turn promote exchange, reflection and creativity. If you are interested in this possibility, we will contact you to learn about your needs. It could accommodate 8 people if there were children.
