Kick off your southern Utah adventures in this 1-bed/1-bath condo, organized to sleep up to 6 people. It is located at the well-known Las Palmas Resort with 5 pools (the covered pool is open YEAR ROUND), 4 hot tubs, a splash pad, 2 fitness centers, 3 playgrounds, walking paths, commons area, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, pickle-ball, pool tables, giant chess and the clubhouse. This resort is surrounded with beautiful views of Utah’s Dixie and close to so many fun activities. The space --This condo features comfortable A/C and heater, Wi-Fi throughout, basic cable, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), ironing board/iron, broom/dustpan, vacuum, towels and blankets, a pack and play port-a-crib, and TV on the living area. --The main bedroom is set up with a KING size bed, and a queen size pullout couch, nightstands, 50” smart tv, access to the private balcony and comfortable linens. --The full bathroom is stocked with essentials including bath towels and offers a garden tub/shower. --The open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen with appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher), KEURIG coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster, dishes, utensils, 4 bar stools and dining table with 2 chairs amid the living room which includes a pullout couch with a full size mattress and a 58” smart flat screen TV (cable included) -- For safety reasons we have a ring doorbell. There are no cameras inside the apartment. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo apartment, along with all amenities included in the resort. Our condo is 1h45min away from LAS VEGAS, 1hr away from ZIONS PARK, 2hr away from BRYCE CANYON, 4hr from GRAND CANYON and more! Other things to note --Absolutely no pets/animal. No exceptions. Owner has severe allergies and the resort doesn’t allow guests to bring animals. If you bring any animal you will need to pay a fee of up to $300.00 --Follow Las Palmas Resort rules when using amenities --The Las Palmas HUB Clubhouse and Resort hours of operation for the winter are: Sunday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:30PM Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00PM As of December 1st the only heated pools will be the indoor pool and hot tubs. The exercise and weight-lifting areas are open for these same hours. The Family and Waterfall Pools are open Monday-Sunday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All amenities are generally open pending closures for construction and maintenance.
