Just a few minutes to the beautiful beaches Pendower, Towan and Porthbeor. Merrose Cottage is part of a lovely stone farm with landscaped gardens surrounded by meadows and woods. A haven for wildlife. Charmingly renovated to provide a comfortable two bedroom holiday cottage. The stable style entrance and large porch lead into the spacious open plan living area, the light and airy lounge with choice of seating, TV with Netflix and Amazon, radio with bluetooth speaker and well stocked bookshelves. Two steps lead to the generous dining area and fully equipped kitchen with French windows leading to the south facing patio with table and chairs and BBQ. A lovely place to relax in the evening sun. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a luxury super king bed (can be made into twins on request) and large bunk beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and sink. Pendower Farm shop is close by and Portscatho stores sell most items including fresh bread, croissants, fruit and vegetables. Friendly labradoodle on property. No smoking inside cottage.
