The space On the 2nd floor of our house there are 4 differently furnished rooms with a large shared bathroom incl. toilet, separate toilet, shared kitchen with its own dishes for each room, large refrigerator, large anteroom with access to the individual rooms. Smoking is prohibited throughout the area! The cleaning fee at the time of booking concerns the final cleaning after the end of the booking. If cleaning of the room or a change of linen is desired for longer stays, this can be ordered from the landlord at an additional cost. Guest access Access via a lockable staircase, each room of course separately lockable. Other things to note Please do not smoke in the entire building and the entire area! In addition to the overnight costs, a TAX per night must be paid, which is prescribed to us: €1.60 per person per night. The TAX is paid at check-in in cash - with receipt.
