Whether you are beach-bound or spending time downtown, this centrally-located property is quiet and has a big backyard that is great for families & kids! Accommodates 6-8 people. We happily provide beach towels, beach chairs, kids sun-shade tent, beach toys and a medium-sized wheeled cooler for guests to use. For families with small kiddos we provide a booster seat/high chair and a pack-n-play with an extra comfortable mattress insert and fitted sheet. The space This property has an attached guest studio that rents separately from the main house. The guest studio has it's own entrance, laundry & private backyard area so that guests do not "cross paths" except occasionally in the driveway. For this reason, we ask guests in both spaces to maintain strict no-noise policy from 10pm-7am. Never been a problem in the past among guests & keeps things comfortable for everyone to get their rest at night!
