The space The cottage comprises of open plan living, dining, kitchen area, with a 4-seat sofa, arm chair, 4-seat dining table and 3-seat kitchen bar. In the living area you’ll find a large TV with Sky, Netflix & Apple TV installed. The Kitchen comes equipped with a double fridge freezer, as well as separate drinks fridge in the ‘under-the-stairs bar’. Quartz worktops, integrated oven and a ceramic hob make cooking in the cottage a joy! The kitchen also benefits from an instant boiling tap for a much needed cup of tea in seconds after a long walk along the Yorkshire Wolds Way! Bi-fold doors open out to the cottage patio and lawned garden, for warmer days to enjoy. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Bedroom 1 is sumptuously panelled and decorated, benefitting from fitted black-out shutters for a cosy lie in! Bedroom 2 is a single room / office / workspace - but can be adapted to accommodate 2 guests should you wish!
