The apartment, adjacent to our house, aims to be a comfortable base for discovering our wonderful Ligurian land! Brugnato, a lively village with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable but quiet stay, its pleasant and colorful historic center with restaurants and bars comes alive on cool summer evenings, the highway exit and the proximity to the Riviera allow you to easily reach renowned and unusual destinations that my wife Ilaria and I will be happy to recommend! The space CITRA code: 011007-LT-0014 The apartment is next to ours, in a newly built structure in a central area in the village of Brugnato! Externally you will have the opportunity to use a small terrace with a table and chairs while in the common courtyard of the house there are armchairs and deck chairs. Internally, the house consists of an open space with equipped kitchen, table and TV area with sofa, then there is the bathroom with shower, a closet with washing machine and finally the double bedroom with smart TV! It is possible to put a third camp bed for children in the room or a third folding bed for children, teens or adults of small stature in the living room (advice). The apartment is new, furnished in a modern style, trying to take care of every detail for the needs of guests! We provide bath towels and the beds will be ready upon your arrival! Our desire is to share a well-kept, welcoming, clean and well-equipped space that can be an excellent starting point to visit usual destinations such as the Cinque Terre and unusual ones such as seaside towns frequented by us, towns, restaurants and less touristy activities that we will take care to recommend to you! We prefer to welcome you personally, but we also have the possibility of self check-in with a key box, all to meet your needs!
