In the heart of nature, you can observe horses, goats, as well as many wild animals in the area. Enjoy many nearby walks, on foot, by bike, in the countryside or in the forest. Located 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche or Bellême; 10 minutes from Mamers and 5 minutes from La Perrière (4 "Small Town of Character"), you will find all local shops. The space You enter a spacious living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove for the winter. The kitchen is functional with all the necessary elements (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Sheets, towels and linens are provided. Guest access Easy to find, the cottage is listed on different GPS. Parking is available in the common courtyard.
