As you follow the hallway round it leads you to the kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, tea towels, utensils, washing up and cleaning equipment. Upstairs you will find a beautiful open plan and spacious bedroom and living area with a double bed, bedside drawers, sofa and armchair. Meals can be enjoyed at the table next to the window with stunning views overlooking countryside and fields beyond the garden. Guest access As you enter the gates there is a large shingled driveway with reserved parking on the left for Annexe guests. The annexe has its own separate access via a path to the left of the property. Other things to note Although just 15 minutes by car from the city of Chelmsford and 10 minutes from coastal town of Maldon the property is situated in a stunning rural location surrounded by fields, offering a peaceful idyllic location to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Located just a 10 minute walk from Hoe Mill Lock you can discover the 12 locks and bridges along the Chelmer and Blackwater canal stretching from Heybridge Basin sea lock to Chelmsford city centre. With lots of walking routes nearby the property is ideal for Paper Mill Lock which is a pleasant 30 min walk and has tea room and water sport facilities. Wellies are recommended during winter months. Paddle boards are available to hire for £25 per day
