Our facility is a retro, traditional house renovated by a host who loves traditional Japanese culture, taking over a wooden house where a family has spent more than 50 years. As a welcome gift, we have prepared a "dagashi (Japanese Traditional snacks) box" which Families with children and groups may love. Around Ikebukuro Station, you can enjoy shopping and the latest Japanese anime culture, good foods, and more! We would be happy if you love the experience in this traditional Japanese house. The space ★Access★ This is an inn where you can enjoy both the latest urban culture and the good old downtown Tokyo culture and enjoy Tokyo to the fullest. This wooden, Japanese-style detached house is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station on the JR Yamanote Line and a 3-minute walk from Shiinamachi Station on the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line, one stop next to Ikebukuro Station. ★Size and Capacity★ This is a two-story house of 88. 95 m2. It is spacious enough for 1-6 people. 1F → 1 living room / 1 bedroom / kitchen / toilet / bath 2F→1 living room / 2 bedrooms / toilet ★Reservation for private use★ This room is for the exclusive use of one set of guests who have made a reservation, and will not be used by anyone else. ★Guests' Entry Range★ All facilities of the inn are available for use. Other things to note [Important] Acts such as noise and smoking that cause inconvenience to neighbors are strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties or events. Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer.
