The Ponta Negra Beach hotel has an adult and children's pool, restaurant, 24-hour reception, gym, rotating parking and a pool bar, in addition to being right on the sand. Come and enjoy amazing days! The space Our flat has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, smart TV, closets, air conditioning and all the comfort you deserve. In the living room, also air-conditioned and with a smart TV, we have a table with 4 chairs that are suitable for both meals and home-office work. We also have a sofa bed in the living room that comfortably accommodates 2 people. Our flat/loft has a kitchen integrated into the living room with a stove, minibar, microwave and everyday kitchen utensils. A bathroom full of charm with a wonderful shower. Oh, and to watch the sunrise, we have our little balcony. Daily room cleaning service is included (except for washing dishes and kitchen utensils, which are the guests' responsibility). We provide bed linens (sheets and pillows) and bath linens (towels) for all guests to use during their stay. We change the dirty bed and bath linens for clean ones once a week. We offer rotating and covered parking. Guest access The Ponta Negra beach area has many attractions that you can walk to or take an Uber to. In addition to the beach, we have several restaurants and craft shops on the waterfront itself, which you can reach in a few minutes' walk. Close to the hotel, we also have renowned restaurants in the city and craft fairs and bars. Forró attractions and pubs are also on this beach. Other things to note Unfortunately, animals are not allowed, nor are parties and events. Bed configurations cannot be changed. We do not offer blankets or blankets or beach/pool towels. We do not offer an iron. Sound and bringing drinks/coolers to the pool area is prohibited. We have a bar next to the pool that offers drinks, meals, snacks and appetizers. We provide private Wi-Fi in the flat (when booking we provide the password).
