It has basically all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. The entire unit is cleaned, sanitised and changed linens for every new quests. The Building Alpha Grandview Condominium is situated at the heart of Malate, just walking distance to Manila Bay, entertainment center, restos, malls, and even US Embassy. The building is one of the first luxury condos built around the area in the early 2000s. It will definitely give you that vibe during the era. It is a classic but very well maintained and is a beautiful condominium. The staff and guards are very friendly too. Other things to note Our goal is to give you a 5 star experience during your stay.
