If no damage is found in the exit inventory, the security deposit check will be returned to you. Otherwise, it will be cashed and the amount covering the damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation, as well as the loss of keys or objects will be deducted from the security deposit, and a balance check will be sent to you by mail no later than 2 months after your departure from the accommodation.   - A "cleaning and routine maintenance deposit" cheque for €70 (seventy euros). It will be returned to you during the exit inventory if the apartment is returned clean in accordance with the instructions that will be presented and given to you during the entry inventory. If not, the check will be kept and cashed for the complete restoration of the accommodation.
