Located in Appleton, WI. Centrally located hospitals, half-hour drive from Green Bay, WI. Spacious room, prime location next to park. Sunroom and fenced in backyard available for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Experienced with traveling nurses and worldwide students participating in internships for more than a decade. Space is shared with owner, well trained dog, and one other tenant. Asking for a thirteen week minimum. Thank you! The space Your room is a fully furnished spacious room upstairs with a shared bathroom. I take pride in my home to make it warm and welcoming. The sunroom is great for relaxing while reading or having a tea. The backyard and patio is lovely for eating lunch when the weather is nice. The Fox River is a 2 minute walk away from the home. Guest access Backyard, sunroom, kitchen, dining area, living room During your stay I enjoy interacting with my guests. If you are someone that doesnt prefer to interact as much, I will respect your space and we can stick to the basics of greetings and common courtesy. Over the years it has been wonderful to get to know so many people from many different cultures and countries. Other things to note A home is like a sanctuary, a place to feel relaxed, safe, and secure. The house is organized and welcoming, and guests are also asked to respect the cleanliness of the home and property. For our security, there is a security and fire alarm system installed on the premises, professionally monitored 24 hrs a day through Tecc Systems.
