"Canyonesque" Mid-Century Modern: Hike/Mt. Bike

Welcome to Auburn's finest mid-century modern home situated in the American River Canyon. One-third mile to Stagecoach Trail-head and less than a one mile walk to downtown. Contemporary interior and 1950's bath settings await your arrival. Hike or mountain bike some of the finest trails in the foothills. The space Indoor decor contemporary and house has plenty of natural lighting. Very safe, established neighborhood and backyard and deck ideal for afternoon libations, food and chatter. Guest are welcome to use kitchen and coffee maker et al are available for guest use. Guest access Guests can access all spaces with exception of master bed and bath, garage and large storage shed in backyard. Other things to note If you are visiting for mountain biking, cycling, hiking, beer or wine-tasting purposes let me in advance and I will be happy to offer recommendations. There is a hot tub in the backyard. Sadly it's inoperable so wanted to temper expectations/excitement. It's been suggested I better highlight the backyard space as it's very inviting and FYI there is a built in brick grill for you BBQ lovers.
