A $30 per hour fee applies, as we will need to add an extra cleaner to our regular crew to accommodate your request. PETS: Only dogs up to 35 lbs are permitted with prior approval and a $250 nonrefundable fee. Other pets, including cats, are not allowed. A $500 fine will apply for unauthorized pets. LONG STAYS: A background check may be required if you have no Airbnb reviews or are a new guest without references. HOUSE RULES: Guests must reconfirm that they have read and agree to the house rules before arrival. You can review all rules at the bottom of the listing. NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES: Both are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras are located at the front door (facing outside) and the back (toward the alley). BUGS & CRITTERS: We regularly spray for pests, but Texas is known for critters. Please keep doors closed and alert us if you see any. 30+ STAYS: Utilities (gas, electricity, water) are included up to $200. Excess usage may result in an additional charge. Adjust AC when not home to conserve energy. 30+ Day Stays: Guests booking stays of 30 days or more are required to provide a copy of their ID.
