The rear deck, which faces Calico Creek and the nature trail, is perfect for sunning, chilling with a drink, eating, and cooking out on the grill. Inside, we've worked to retain the charm of this cute, mid-century cottage, while still providing you with everything you'll need for a perfect vacation. The open floorplan of the kitchen, dining, and living area is bright and cheerful. The living room features a comfy sofa, recliner, and swivel chair - perfect for spending time together. Rainy day, or just looking for a little down time? No problem! There is a 50" Roku smart TV, as well as puzzles, games, and even a Playstation 3. You are also welcome to sign into your favorite streaming accounts like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need, including all major appliances - glass-top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dual format coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc., along with a full compliment of pots, pans and dishes. The adjoining dining area features a table that quickly and easily doubles in size to accommodate the whole group. The pantry, just off the kitchen, includes food wrap and prep items, cleaning supplies, and full access to the washer and dryer. At the end of the day, retire in comfort to one of the bedrooms - each of which features a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress-topper, and its own Roku TV. There are extra pillows and blankets in each of the bedroom closets, so make yourself comfortable! The back bedroom has an attached full bath, and there is a second full bath in the hallway off of the living room, between the bedrooms. Towels are provided in both bathrooms, as well as additional bath towels, beach towels, and towels/blankets for pets in the hall closet. We've tried to think of everything, but if there is something we've forgotten or something that would make your stay even better, your hosts live nearby and are happy to help in any way that we can! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, porch, deck, and yard. Enjoy the space as if you live here full time! Other things to note We are centrally located to just about everything, and only a few minute drive to both Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. Not wanting to deal with traffic or parking? We provide two bicycles, ideal for cruising down to the waterfront shops and restaurants.
