The space The house is decorated with mid-century modern design. The fenced yard includes a fire pit, a large pool and a large screened furnished patio. The property is located ONLY 5 MILES from the beach and close to EGAD ( Eau Gallie Arts District), 1 MILE from all conveniences (grocery, gas, pharmacy, dining etc). You will have access to all common areas, kitchen, dining room, living room, pool and backyard. You would be renting the private master suite with bath, queen bed, dresser, closet, desk and TV. Guest access All commons areas: full kitchen (including stove/oven/air fryer, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes), washer & dryer in laundry room, linens and towels, living room, dining room, furnished patio, pool, and yard. Free parking on the property. Wifi and all utilities included. The TV has an Amazon Fire TV Stick or a Roku stick. Complimentary items: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap, condiments for cooking, coffee, tea During your stay I tend to let guests be and respect their privacy. However, I am always available to answer questions or give ideas for things to do in the area. Other things to note I have 2 very friendly cats. PLEASE, if you have chaos happening in your life right now, I will pick up on that energy, and we will not have a pleasant experience. If that is your life right now, do not book.
