The Boyd's - Bedroom 1

This is 1 of 2 bedrooms. It's downstairs,with workspace table, and queen size bed and TV. My place is close to Hospitals, golf, dining, and parks. Families, adventurers, and business travelers welcomed. We have friendly dogs. We don’t accept bookings for local residence that live within 50 miles of our home. Sorry but we don’t accept pets in our home. The space we have 2 bedrooms available. 1 queen size bed in both of the rooms. This listing is for 1 room only. This room is downstairs in the heart of the home. This room also has a table- workspace and chair. There is Television in this room. Guest access As our guest you will have access to all common areas of the house and yard including: Full working kitchen appliances and accessories included (please keep it clean) Laundry Theater/media room - Wii included Multiple televisions Wifi Grand piano/fireplace And hall bathroom. During your stay I love to get to know our guests, however, interaction is individual to each guest. In other words - you decide. We do have a check in process but beyond that it's intermittent. We want you to feel welcome and "at home" Other things to note We have 3 friendly Sheepdogs.
