Enjoy time with family and friends in our lovely 3 bed home here in Newquay. Located in a great spot just outside Newquay centre with our closest beach being Porth, one of our families favorite places to enjoy a surf,stand up paddle board and evening bbqs watching the sun go down. You can take a 15 minute walk to the town beaches , tolcarne and great western and continue into the centre from there . Newquay has some lovely new bar’s and restaurants to enjoy! (Welcome pack available) The space 3 bed property First Double room with kingsize bed and En-suite Second Double room has standard double bed. 3 Bedroom is a small room with pull out double futon bed. (Comfortable for 1 person but can host 2 with a squeeze) Family Bathroom upstairs. Lounge + Diner together Separate Kitchen Downstairs toilet Private garden front and back both decked with with seating (scandi style) Private parking for 2 cars!
