Pet friendly apartment with garden views

Relax in this comfortable (approximately 425 square feet) dog friendly one-bedroom apartment in sunny Blue Lake. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, comfortable living and dining room space and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Air mattress or single cot are available for additional guests and can be set up in living/kitchen area. Private entrance with deck right outside your door with table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. The space The apartment is attached to the main house where I live with my family, but you will enjoy total privacy, while having access to me when desired. Your private entrance is a short walk on a pleasant, well-lit pathway through the back yard, and you have a dedicated parking space just outside the fence. The living room includes a comfortable seating arrangement. You'll have access to high speed internet via wifi. You’ll also be able to prepare full meals if you desire since the kitchen includes a small refrigerator, stove, full size oven, pots, pans, utencils and high quality dishes. There is also a microwave, water filter, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. The bedroom, with queen-sized bed connects to bathroom with shower. The apartment is connected to my home so you may hear sounds of people on other side of wall. We are generally a quiet family and do not stay up late. It is quieter in the apartment bedroom when the door is shut. The entire space is most comfortable for 2 people and cozy if adding 1-2 more people. The airbed is stored in closet on top shelf. If you need the cot let me know. Guest access The entrance, yard and garden is a shared area. Park in the gravel parking lot right outside the gate. Go through the gate, and then you will pass the entrance to my home on the left, continue walking the stone path, pass a small deck on the left and garden area which leads you toward the west side of the house and to the small wooden stairs that lead to the apartment. The Front door is at the top of the stairs on your left. You access the apartment via a code you will punch in at the front door. The punch pad is below the door handle on the front door. Punch in 4 digits (provided to you after booking the place) then turn lever to the right to open and to lock punch in same digits and turn lever to left. Other things to note I have 2 very friendly female dogs. One is an Aussie mix, and the other is terrier/pit. The dogs do not have access to the apartment. The apartment is dog-friendly. I do not allow cats, but am willing to make special arrangements. The pet fee is applied to the stay on Airbnb. If you have 2 dogs, I will request an additional pet fee of $15. Please use the provided blankets and towels to protect the furniture when your dog sits on them. Also, clean up all dog poop that is produced on the property.
