Lovely and sunny guesthouse studio space really close to Downtown Culver City. Only a few miles by bike or train to the beach or to Downtown LA. A perfect central homebase to see all that Los Angeles has to offer! The space We're Back! After a year long remodel of our home and the guest house we are finally available to rent again! Thank you to everyone who reached out, we hope you'll enjoy the updated space! Modern Studio space - this is an open floor plan with a bedroom and living area. The outdoor patio space is furnished with cushioned seating + lounge chairs perfect for relaxing. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an adult beverage in the afternoons! -Private entrance -flat screen TV -Apartment sized fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. --Coffee and tea as well as a few condiments to make your stay a little easier - Dual burner induction cooktop for making small meals -Wireless internet and TV streaming channels (no cable tv) -Easy street parking in front of house with visitor permit -Queen size bed -3/4 bathroom - shower / bathroom amenities provided -We have an Mini Split AC/Heating unit that will provide you with a comfortable stay. There is also a ceiling fan above the bed. - We are walking distance to Sony Studios if this is a work trip. We are also very close to Culver Studios! - We have a toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board -Britta Water filter and ice trays also provided Guest access The studio space is located at the back of our property, you will enter through a gate at the front and make your way past our house to the rental. Solar lighting allows you to see your way to your studio in the evening. Overall a very safe and secure location within a wonderful neighborhood. Other things to note Please no smoking on the property or inside the guesthouse. The outdoor space semi private and our children will be playin in the yard, and sometimes it can get noisy. Please note this if you are looking for a private secluded rental. Beach towels available upon request
