The Fully Equipped Kitchen is stocked with dishes, spices, cookware, and more. Modern amenities include a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, gas stove, and a full-size fridge. The Spacious Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a 55” smart Samsung TV. The Large Bathroom features a soothing rainfall shower head in a full-size tub. The Living Room serves as a second bedroom, with a queen-size sofa bed, an additional identical TV, and ample closet space. Guest access Please note that our building does not have an elevator, and access to the apartments is solely by stairs. Other things to note No parties, events, or large business meetings are permitted in the home at any time without prior consent. Guests who hold parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the hours the event took place. Guests who wish to utilize the home for meetings and conferences may do so with prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the hours that meetings and conferences will be held in the home. Our housekeeper may be available to come and provide light housekeeping for additional cost with sufficient notice. Strict no smoking policy. No shoes allowed in the house other then the entryway. Additional pet cleaning fee of $100. Self check-in. We may ask for your government issued ID at check-in.
