The space Independent holiday house of 90m2 for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, washing machine, private terrasse and access to the shared garden and swimming pool. 1st room: - double bed (160x200) - open bathroom with bathtub - separate toilet 2nd room: - double bed (160x200) - bunk bed (2x 90x200, for kids >6 years and adults) - baby bed (60x120) - bathroom with shower and toilet Kitchen: - dishwasher - washing machine - toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine - vitroceramic hot plates and oven - microwave - big refrigerator with freezer Living room: - fireplace (one set of wood included) - games Equipment for small kids: - highchair - baby bed - bath seat Others: - toys for the garden - hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo - iron - hoover and cleaning products - bed sheets and towels included (apart from pool towels) Guest access - private terrasse with furniture, sun shade and charcoal barbecue - garden and swimming pool must be shared with the hosts - pool opening hours: from May until September every day from 9am until 8pm - pool not heated, under alarm - fence around the entire property - our dog moves around freely on the property Other things to note Domestic animals are generally allowed and our dog gets along with humans and other dogs very well. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to contact us before booking if you are in company of an animal. Please note that there is an additional cleaning fee of 35 € for animals. The use of the accommodation is reserved for the number of guests indicated in your booking. The standard price is for 2 people and increases with every additional guest by 31 € per night. Please indicate all the guests in your reservation. If you would like to invite people during your stay please ask us before.
