Guests will have access to the first-floor lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, and half bathroom. On the second floor, guests will have access to their private room, the loft TV room, and a shared bathroom. Renters will often be the only people using the second-floor bathroom, but on occasion, the bathroom will be shared with the host or other guests. Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville are an easy 35-45 minute drive away. Parking in old historic downtown is very simple day-to-day. During large city-wide events, parking can get a little tricky, but this home is located a quick 10-minute walk into central downtown. Your host is a well-traveled professional who loves good coffee, cooking, craft cocktails, and the great outdoors. There is a sweet House-Hound who lives here, but she is not allowed in guest rooms.
