The Fitch House- Live like a local-feel like a tourist! Cute little home -fireplace corner lot- stainless fridge dishwasher stove/oven- - brand new tiled kitchen - and new slab counters-washer dryer-shower /tub. All new lighting Everything you need. Very close to downtown- walk to restaurants or dine at home. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON premises- inside or out! Perfect for remote office work ~ gigabit symmetric fiber optic internet. The space Very close to downtown - friendly neighborhood. Outside deck to watch the world go by. Guest access All areas/ attention- you may store a bike or other non fabric item in shed- it is locked on other side and Haydon guest do not have access. No cardboard- paper- food etc. Other things to note We are dog friendly- WELL MANNERED OWNERS ONLY! 1 dog - must cleanup after dog at all times /. Not allowed on furniture or beds/ crated when left home alone. Extra dog fee applied at booking. We have a gas fireplace and furnace in living area room- radiated heaters are provided for addition heat in bedroom /bathroom as needed Please Note:We supply all our houses with starter Tp rolls / paper towels- laundry- dish- dishwasher soap. For our 30 plus day stay This is intended to supple you for your arrival week or so. Safeway and others supplies can be collected at near by Safeway - CVS etc. at guest expense NO SMOKING ON premises- inside or out! THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOME and PROPERTY / if smoking or smell of smoke is detected- the property and contents will be restored by a professional service ( to its original state) this will be at the guest expense. The guest will be responsible for the daily rent until the house is restored. QUIET hours 10pm-8am/ no parties or extra over night guest- no more than 2 cars parked - . Garbage is located behind front yard side gate at 311 Haydon House next door-and shared between the 2 properties-put out to street Monday night for Tuesday early am collection - cans are located behind front side gate ( looking at front of 311 Haydon to your right) please return behind gate after pickup each week recycle appropriately and do not over fill cans. Yard waste can is located in your yard for you and gardeners use, also put at curb each Monday night for Tue pick up. Ken our gardener comes once a week - mows- blows and goes. Usually on Wed .Also Jorge will come and go as needed And lastly please be sure you have read and understand the house rules - and consider yourself also well mannered. We provide voice remote- basic cable - WiFi and streaming for - your Netflix, AmaZon, You Tube, Pandora.
